Private Chef

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Private Chef to join our team in Mayfair, London. As a Private Chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and create exceptional dining experiences for our Principal and family. This is a unique opportunity to work in a busy household setting and cater to the specific tastes and preferences of our Principal.

Requirements:
- Prepare and cook meals according to the Principals' preferences, dietary restrictions, and special requests
- Create customised menus based on preferences and dietary needs
- Plan and execute meals for special occasions, events, and gatherings
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times
- Manage inventory and ensure all necessary ingredients are stocked
- Collaborate with other household staff to ensure smooth operations
- Provide exceptional hospitality and service to principals and their guests

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in high-end restaurants or as a Private Chef
- Strong knowledge of food production, preparation techniques, and culinary trends
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage kitchen staff if necessary
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as required

Pay: £70,000.00-£80,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Chef: 5 years (required)
• Private Household: 3 years (preferred)
