Our client is looking for a talented & passionate experienced Head Chef to head up their team of chefs in this exclusive Private Members Club in the heart of London. You will be part of a large team of Chefs working under the long standing Executive Chef Cooking Modern British cuisine, which will include fine dining, events, canape & brasserie style cuisine. You will need to have at least 2 year's experience previously as a Head Chef within a 3 Rosette/Michelin starred kitchen restaurant or 5 star hotel with a strong passion for food and the ability to lead and mentor the team.
Longevity on your CV is absolutely essential for this role and you will need to have at least 1 to 2 year's service in each of your previous roles.
