Salary: £22,000 - £27,000

About the firm/role:
Our client, a well respected and established multi service law firm with offices throughout the country have an opportunity for a driven and experienced Private client paralegal to join the team. The firm have built a strong reputation particularly within the Yorkshire region for their professional service and high levels of client care.
This role will see you working closely with the Senior Solicitors in both the wills & probate team as well as the Court of Protection team. This role will offer you the opportunity to continue to learn and develop your legal career, if you have experience within wills & probate and Court of Protection that would be ideal however we understand this will be rare. As such training on areas that you haven't had exposure to will be given.
If you have 12 months + experience of working in a wills and probate or Court of Protection role this could prove to be the perfect opportunity to continue to develop and progress your career.
Role responsibilities:
* Providing proactive team oriented paralegal services to all members of the Wills & Probate/Court of Protection team
* Preparing legal documentation and letters
* Communicating with other professionals
* Dealing with client queries both in person and remotely where necessary
* Diary management/arranging meetings
* Participating in all relevant marketing activities as requested
* Achieve billable hour requirements
* Audio/copy typing including correspondence and other documents
* Scanning incoming and outgoing documents
* Other administrative tasks deemed appropriate
About you:
The ideal candidate will have:
* 12months + experience in a wills and probate or Court of Protection role
* A commercial understanding
* Client focussed individual
* Professional and driven
