This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and own the development of a service line in a Top 10 firm, looking at Business Development, Strategic Growth, and Staff Leadership
What you will do:
- Lead the Private Client Tax service line in the Thames Valley region
- Work alongside the Corporate Tax Partner, under the direction of the UK Head of Tax to ensure the service line delivers a best-in-class style service
- Overall staff management responsibility across the region - covering recruitment, development and retention strategies, collaborating with Talent Acquisition teams on the decisions
- Working with businesses and organisations across the Thames Valley region to ensure their confidence in the service line, developing new pipelines and maintaining current clients
What you will need:
- Currently operating at Senior Manager or Director level with sound knowledge of the Private Client Tax space
- Staff leadership abilities, including recruitment and development of junior staff members
- Ability to work collaboratively with other service lines to generate pipelines of work
- Adaptative communication style to suit the needs and style of clients, with a view on Business Development
