The Role: As a Private Client (Probate) Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of probate matters. You will provide expert legal advice, support, and representation to our clients during what can be a difficult time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering estates of varying complexity.
- Preparing and advising on wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Providing tax planning advice and dealing with inheritance tax matters.
- Establishing and administering trusts.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with experience in Private Client work.
- Strong experience in probate and estate administration.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
