Senior AssociatePrivate Client Solicitor 7+ PQE
Your role will involve a wide range of high quality complex Private Client matters including - advising on wills and powers of attorney, trust and executry administration, estate planning for high-net-worth clients, landed estate and farming clients, assisting with clients’ tax planning advice, involvement in adults with incapacity cases including applying for and administering guardianships and cross border work, as well as playing an active part in business development opportunities.
You will also be expected to take the lead on many client relationships with onus on business development.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a real enthusiasm and passion for Private Client work, as well as a hunger for advancing and driving your career forward.
You will be competent in managing your own busy workload whilst striving to exceed the service requirements and expectations of all stakeholders.
