About the role:
As part of this well established team, it is anticipated that you will gain exposure to a broad range of Private Client matters, engage in business development and supervision of juniors. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary and a structured progression path.
In this role you will gain exposure to the following workflows;
- Manage a caseload of Private Client work including wills, estate, probate, inheritance tax, succession planning, LPA's and Court of Protection
- Acting for a broad mix of clients including medium and high net worth individuals
- Dealing with very complex Private Client matters and sensitive issues
About you:
You will be an experienced Private Client Solicitor/Associate familiar with the full ambit of Private Client work and a demonstrable passion for this area of specialisation.
You will be a qualified solicitor and it is anticipated that you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in wills, trusts and probate matters but this does not preclude someone with more qualified experience from applying for the role. You will be a proven team player with impressive interpersonal and communication skills and will bring a willingness to develop and expand your career expertise as part of this highly respected Private Client team.
