Private Equity Associate Generalist - London

Responsibilities:

• Perform financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis, to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to assess market dynamics, competitive positioning, and growth prospects.
• Support deal execution processes, including drafting investment memos, participating in negotiations, and coordinating with legal and financial advisors.
• Collaborate with senior team members to assess and mitigate investment risks and develop value creation strategies for portfolio companies.

Requirements:

• 1-3 year’s M&A experience with a bulge-bracket, or strong boutique Investment Bank.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated work style.
