A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and dynamic Private PA to support two well-known principals based in Fulham on a permanent basis.
This role will encompass a variety of tasks including social media content management, running errands, appointment and travel bookings, diary management, wardrobe organisation, and occasional travel.
The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, organised, hard-working, personable, and possess the necessary gravitas to gel with the Principals and build long-standing relationships. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone eager to transition into a varied private PA role, possessing similar experience and demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and managing social media content across various platforms.
- Efficiently handle various errands including but not limited to shopping, deliveries, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Coordinate and manage appointments, ensuring schedules are organised and optimised.
- Arrange travel accommodations including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Maintain and update principals' calendars, ensuring all appointments and commitments are accurately recorded.
- Assist in sorting and organising wardrobe items
- Provide support during travel, including packing assistance and itinerary planning and traveling alongside the Principal(s) when needed.
Person Specification:
- Previous transferable experience preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the principals professionally.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Professional demeanour with the necessary gravitas to interact with high-profile individuals.
