- Work alongside internal and external stakeholders on BAU, new initiatives and projects as required
- Act with integrity and display role model behaviours
- As directed, support BAU reporting, controls and workflow within their designated area
- To provide training and coaching for the specific area of expertise
- Act as the “go to” person for referrals within the department in line with the area of expertise
- To assist with producing monthly Management Information for the Assistant Manager, as required.
- Ability to manage day to day operational workflows and support resourcing
- Champion CASS related queries and learning Work with the wider TA team and leaders to develop processes and procedures in line with the evolution of the department
- Good working knowledge of TA systems and M/S office packages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
