As the Process Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and optimising production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
You will be supervising a team of Process Operators, coordinating work flow, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements.
You will need a strong background in process management, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day production activities, including monitoring work flow, assigning tasks, and ensuring adherence to production schedules
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
- Continuously monitor process performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve operational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate Process Team members
- Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and CIP activities.
- Participate in regular meetings to provide updates on production performance, discuss challenges, and propose solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
The hours of work are flexible either working a 5 day week 8am - 5pm for instance or you can work 4 10 hour shifts from Monday to Thursday. - dependant on work load of course.
