The company is looking for someone to fulfil an operational team member role within the Uranium Recovery business unit, in a transport and logistical role supporting business units across the Springfields site. This role will be working a day pattern.
This role is ideal for a candidate who works well within a team but can also be self-motivated to work alone.
The successful candidate will be required to operate a number of industrial vehicles including over 15 tonne Forklift Trucks and agricultural tractors and trailers. Training and authorisations will be provided should the individual not currently possess these.
The candidate needs to be able to work flexibly with their team to accommodate changes to planned work to support the business units and customer demands. This flexibility may also mean occasional opportunities to work in other areas of the business unit if required.
Areas of responsibility include but not limited to:-
- Performing process confirmations and asset care checks.
- The work is predominately outside, throughout the year.
- Ensure operations are conducted safety and in a timely manner to meet demand.
- Ensure all safety rules and procedures are followed.
- Attention to detail as working to Transport Regulations for Class 7 material.
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve safety standards.
- Hands on approach to achieving targets within the Hex Raft area.
- Full use of Human Performance tools/techniques.

- HGV Class 1 licence preferrable.
