Procurement Administrator

We are working with an automotive wholesale company for the following postion: -

Procurement Assistant

Please note this is a Full Time Office Based Role - 40 Hours pw (Mon-Fri)

Requirements

• Must have advanced level of knowledge using Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of the Commercial Vehicle /Trailer parts/Automotive industry would be an advantage but not essential.
• Must be confident with suppliers either face to face or over the telephone.
• Organized and punctual
• Knowledge of forecasting systems would be useful.
• Confident in communication

Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing suppliers to maintain our excellent service and availability levels.
• Analyzing parts requirements using our in-house system and suggesting/placing orders with suppliers
• Studying sales/forecast trends and highlighting cost/supply opportunities.
• Liasing with suppliers to ensure orders are delivered to our requirements.
