The Role:
A mid-sized, international interior design studio who have a carved out their niche in the luxury hospitality sector is seeking a motivated and ambitious Procurement Assistant to join their dedicated team. This is an ideal role for someone in the infancy of their procurement career who is looking to build on their existing experience, or someone who has a keen interest in interior design coupled with a demonstrable organisation an administrative skillset. The role requires excellent attention to detail and organisation skills, and you will work closely with the procurement team to oversee areas of administration relating to dealing with suppliers, invoicing, creating orders, documentation and procuring.

Key Responsibilities:
- Procure quotes from suppliers for standard and bespoke items
- Reserve fabrics with manufacturers and submit vendor offers for approval
- Generate and submit purchase orders to procurement coordinator for approval
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery of orders, following up with suppliers when necessary
- Enter invoicing details into the internal system and coordinate with the warehouse for product arrival
- Maintain organised project files and assist in client presentations
- Support senior procurement coordinator and team with administrative tasks
- Schedule meetings and document minutes
Key Skills:
- 1 year of prior design industry experience preferred, but not essential
- Highly organised. excellent attention to detail and clear communication skills
- Team player fostering a positive working environment
- Proficient in IT and Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Adept at utilising data
