The Role:
A luxury interiors brand who are recognised internationally for their chic and contemporary products is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join their team.
Within this role, you will lead on building and developing client/customer relations, you will help grow and drive revenue and identify new target markets both in the UK and internationally. The position will work closely with the wider team and directors to push the company’s sales objectives and implement strategies for growth whilst ensuring customer service is maintained to the highest possible level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and revenue growth
- Lead client outreach, nurturing existing relationships and identifying new targets
- Handle negotiations, contracts, and payment terms
- Explore innovative sales channels and partnerships
- Ensure the customer journey is seamless and efficient
- Contribute to the company’s sales strategy and objectives
- Analyse product performance, trends, and market landscape
- Manage pricing, ensuring competitiveness whilst ensuring profitability and quality isn’t compromised
- Collaborate with the marketing team for audience expansion
- Oversee the sales budgets and sales related reporting
- Optimise sales processes bringing forward ideas for streamlining
Key Skills:
- Extensive luxury furniture wholesale experience is a requirement
- Proven success in driving forward sales and developing client base
- International interiors market exposure is desirable
- Collaborative and strategic minded
- Commercially astute and able to communicate well at all levels, both written and verbally
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
