My client is recruiting a Snr.
Leisure Sales Manager to join their international luxury hotel group.
We are looking for a proactive, motivated Sales Manager with a proven track record in the leisure segment.
As Sales Manager you will be driving revenue and building client relationships.

About the position

• Identify potential new business and clients by researching the market
• Create and implement a successful sales strategy
• Seek out opportunities to maximize profit
• Hit sales targets whilst acting as an ambassador for the brand
• Build relationships with travel companies
• Analyze market trends
• Build strong working relationships with partners around Europe and Middle East
• Work closely with all departments

The successful candidate will have

• Min.
  3 years previous experience in sales management within the hotel industry

• High level of customer service acumen
• Strong sales drive and negotiating skills
• A dynamic and motivated individual
• Experience with leading European high end Travel Agencies, TMCs and Luxury Leisure Consortia
• Ideally fluent in French, Italian or Spanish
• Very good knowledge of luxury- and leisure sectors
