About the Role We have an exciting opportunity available for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly Procurement team. As a Procurement Assistant supporting the Estates department, you will work with other colleagues primarily within the operational Estates Procurement team to provide high quality procurement and administrative support within a busy department. About You You will have strong general administrative experience, with excellent IT skills (especially in Excel) and an aptitude to quickly learn new systems. A good understanding of procurement processes would be advantageous, although not essential. You will work to tight deadlines, and demonstrate excellent teamwork with colleagues across the Estates function and across the wider institution. Although your IT skills and attention to detail will benefit you enormously in this role, your proactive attitude, enthusiasm and motivation will make you an integral part of our team.
