In this dynamic, high-impact role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the growth and success of our organisation. Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and maintaining comprehensive sourcing processes, documentation, and contractual agreements
- Collaborating closely with clients to develop and refine critical procurement documentation
- Leading the drafting, negotiation, and amendment of tender documents, contracts, and related legal agreements
- Leveraging your problem-solving skills to navigate unique contract scenarios and identify new opportunities
- Making detailed revisions to contractual documents to ensure consistency, compliance, and optimal outcomes
- Liaising extensively with external legal bodies and amending supplier contracts as needed
- Utilising standardised templates to draft new contracts while deftly modifying clauses as required
- Quickly identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues within contractual terms
- Managing a diverse range of stakeholder relationships and maintaining fluid communication
To excel in this position, you will bring:
- Solid experience amending and working with a variety of legal contacts and agreements
- Proven expertise in procurement contracts, sourcing, or a closely related field
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and follow-through skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with the confidence to liaise at all levels
