Procurement Category Manager - Property and Operations

As the Procurement Category Manager, you will be responsible for supporting 3rd party performance in the property and retail operations space across the Ladbrokes Coral retail and corporate property estates.

Reporting to the Senior Category Manager and you will be part of the Group Procurement team.

What you will do

• Support all transactional elements of property and operations procurement
• Deliver all identified retail cost saving opportunities
• Create category-based procurement strategies and implement within the operational environment
• Build a deep knowledge and understanding of the supply base, providing value adding insights to the property and operations community
• Work with finance to support robust financial reporting on a monthly basis against budgets and stretch targets
• Understand critical areas for innovation and build a pipeline of opportunities to be shared with the supplier community to further lower retail cost footprint

Who you are

• Sound commercial experience (including strategy creation, implementation and benefit delivery)
• Ideally, experience of category management, supply chain management, contract management, commercial management and negotiation
• Good analytical skills
