Our Client is a renowned leader in the spirits sector, offering a thriving and modern culture backed up by a traditional and widely loved product. Our client is seeking a highly motivated Procurement Specialist to deliver process, administration and support across packaging, logistics and wider equipment.
Role Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain the supply and demand schedule for our fractional’s SKUs, liaising with the wet stock planner & our co packers to ensure continuity of supply is optimal
* Monitor and coordinate POS projects in order to achieve an optimal cost while maintaining the agreed deadlines
* Participate actively in project meetings with the marketing team and suppliers in order to establish priorities and define timelines
* Plan and place POS orders with the company and external suppliers, in line with forecasting, and in a timely manner to ensure core range product availability always
* To procure all packaging materials needed in the UK for all co packing activities
* Ensure that all procured goods meet the quality and specs
* Coordinate the POS invoice process by making sure all suppliers’ invoices are correct, with the relevant information required from the Finance team
* Manage the reporting process for packaging and cooling equipment
* Management of Master Data and Quality Adherence for all Dry Goods

Experience Required
* At least 2+ years’ experience working in a procurement, supply chain or demand planning role
* Excel skills intermediate (essential)
* Previous SAP experience (desirable)
* Experience of working for a food/beverage/FMCG business
