We are looking for a Procurement Manager – Packaging to join our team. Due to retirement, we are looking for someone who can manage multiple packaging substrate categories across the entire Group. You will develop procurement strategies that support business objectives. Implement risk management and sustainability targets, support Innovation agenda, and drive Sustainability Strategies delivery.
To excel in this role, you'll need to be a strong negotiator adept at managing complex negotiations. This role requires someone resilient and persistent, able to act quickly and make decisions. We're looking for an agile individual who can identify market and pricing trends effectively. Also, you will be liaising with key stakeholders to understand their needs, priorities, opportunities, and challenges.

- As a Procurement Manager - Packaging, you excel at identifying market & pricing trends and managing complex negotiations.
- You have a strong track record in developing collaborative relationships with suppliers, lateral problem-solving skills, and the ability to act decisively and make tough decisions.
- Your role involves developing procurement strategies that support broader business objectives, implementing risk management and sustainability targets, and supporting an Innovation agenda and Sustainability Strategies. You will manage multiple packaging substrate categories across the Group.
- Strong analytical thinking skills, can identify market & pricing trends- Skilled negotiator who can manage complex negotiations-
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with key suppliers.
- Think laterally and use problem-solving skills to develop new approaches.
- Resilient and decisive in making fast-paced decisions.
