Sea Global are proud to be partnering with a well-recognised and world leading company at the forefront of their industry who are currently going through an exciting period of transforming the procurement function from tactical to more strategic. Due to this they are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Managerfocusing on strategic procurement to join their busy fast paced function.
They are looking for procurement professionals who have experience across the aviation sector across a range of categories. Ideally, they are looking for someone who can come in a hit the ground running, but you will be working in a strong team who are a tight knit bunch.

Role & Responsibilities
- Creation and execution of category sourcing strategies.
- Have overall responsibility for an allocated group of suppliers and lead negotiations and contract management.
- Build and implement category plans, as well as supporting and ensuring key supplier relationships are built and maintained.
- Manage key internal and external relationships across both suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Be able to manage the data and spend analysis to help drive savings across the categories.
Experience & Requirements
- Ideally has worked within the Aviation industry but is open to other similar industries!
- Experience of purchasing for MRO, Aviation Components or similar categories in a previous role.
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers as well senior stakeholders.
- Should be comfortable working within a team and be a confident, determined, and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
