Job Title:Procurement Specialist (Travel/Fit Out)

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

The Business:

Well known global retail giant.

Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing, negotiation, and contract management for the Fit Out and Travel services categories. At times you will also take on ad hoc indirect services such as IT, FM and Marketing - Global Remit
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring cost-effectiveness and delivery for the business
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at driving overall business success
• Conduct market analysis, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage ESG initiatives with suppliers
• Coordinate RFI/RFP processes, including supplier evaluations and project management
• Maintain contract database, manage rebate tracking, and support cost initiative projects

Key Skills and Experience:

• Fast learner with strong attention to detail and ability to manage conflicting priorities
• Proficient in project management, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship development
• Experience in procurement within digitally mature industries or online retail
• Strong data analysis skills with expertise in Excel (e.g. pivot tables)
• Comfortable working autonomously and in fast-paced environments
