AddressWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Analyst (Live Casino Games) to join our exciting new company. As a Product Analyst you will work in multi-disciplined teams to help shape our market leading iGaming products by providing insight and research. You will help the development teams leverage data and insight, working to understand and improve our products to create more value for our partners and ultimately grow the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and analyze product performance, generating insightful reports and actionable recommendations to inform strategic business decisions.
- Assist product team, stakeholders on all game aspects: features, game math, UA optimisation, campaigns, Engagement, Monetisation
- Evaluate the company products and compare them against industry trends.
- Develop an understanding of company products to meet the company's current and future needs.
- Assist the company in achieving short and long-term goals relating to product growth.
- Work closely with Product Team to develop product requirements.
- Coordinate with Design Team and Development Team to deliver the product
- Collaborate with Data Team, Explore, analyse and process data, turning it into actionable business actions
- Communicate with external parties
- Participate actively in requirements validation, including user testing sessions, and incorporate feedback to refine and enhance product features.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A combination of strong product sense and analytics skills: be able to identify key questions that can be answered by data and solve problems using different analytical and statistical approaches.
- Solid communication skills - able to compile and translate data, numbers and analyses to actionable suggestions and able to present findings to non-technical audiences and influence decision making.
- 3+ years of work as a Product Analyst in iGaming industry, preferably with Live Casino Products.
- Organising Documents and pay attention to details
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt easily to changing situations and demonstrates flexibility in juggling priorities
- Enthusiastic, positive and self-disciplined
- Familiarity and experience with product experiments (A/B tests) is an advantage
- SQL, Power BI or Tableau knowledge is an advantage
- Passion for the gaming industry and a customer-centric approach to product development.
