The Opportunity
:

As Product Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the processes that lead to the timely development, publication and maintenance of high-quality digital learning materials that underpin Arden University’s distance and blended learning programmes and modules.

About You:

We would like to hear from applicants who have operating knowledge of SharePoint,
OneDrive and MS Office Suite, including MS Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook.

You will also demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to solve problems and effectively communicate with key stakeholders.

Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain relevant databases, spreadsheets and Teams project sites to ensure accurate, up to date, information is accessible to those that require it
  • Use and understand systems that support the development of content to enable
    manipulation of information and initial investigation of subject matter experts (SMEs) and internal stakeholder’s queries/problems
  • Monitor performance against development schedules, identifying and reporting any issues that require timely resolution
  • Provide regular written and verbal reports to the Senior Product Development Coordinator, Head of Digital Learning Delivery and Head of Learning Design
  • Liaise with programme leaders and Academic Resources team to maintain accurate information on the scheduled programme delivery
