My client based in North Birmingham are looking to recruit a Product Development Assistant to join their expanding team. Working in a fast paced and progressive environment, you will be integral to the team. Your role will be to support the wider Product Development team with a wide variety of duties. These will include:
- Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers on new products and managing the whole purchasing life cycle.
- Asset Management administration
- Updating the database to ensure impeccable accuracy of all product lines.
- Working with multiple excel spreadsheets.
- Working inline with government regulations
- Liaising with other offices ensuring the communication on all products is clear and transparent and dealing with any queries.
- Producing reports and site drawings
- Dealing with finance administration including investigating refunds/shortfalls with suppliers
Applicants will have previous administration experience specifically strong knowledge of Excel and have the ability to work with multiple databases. Exposure to Product Development or similar would be ideal but not essential.
