Our Hobby Supplies team are the hidden heroes behind the paints and tools that bring Warhammer miniatures and the battlefields they fight over to life. They’re experimental, inventive, and imaginative, working on a vast range of projects – from how to make painting models more accessible to designing modelling equipment our players never knew they needed.
In this rare and exciting opportunity, we are looking for a Product Development Manager who will develop a strategy to manage and develop our hobby products range.
Reporting to the Hobby Supplies Manager, in this role, you will propose, develop and help bring to market new innovative product lines.
Using your excellent interpersonal and influencing skills we’ll look to you to build robust relationships with internal partners, such as design, sourcing, merchandising, marketing teams and external product suppliers. Ensuring buy-in for development proposals.
Creating the schedule of work for the new product releases, coordinating timely deadlines for every part of the process to ensure that products are made and released to our customers on time.

Creating and managing a product plan through the effective coordination of all the appropriate people and processes, you will oversee the smooth running of products through the design to manufacture process, ensuring that products are delivered on time, as well as managing a team of Paint & Product Developers.
