Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for product line portfolios, aligning with market needs and company goals.
- Lead the creation and definition of product and technology roadmaps in Europe.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products, utilizing the internal product development process.
- Articulate customer and market needs, gaining buy-in for proposed products internally and with external partners.
- Work closely with engineering and development teams to translate product strategy into detailed requirements.
- Manage relationships with senior sales and marketing personnel at large accounts.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours and international travel, with a 30% travel requirement.
Ideal Candidate Background/Experience:
- Demonstrable experience as a Product Manager or Product Engineer at a European level.
- Successful track record in developing strategies, launching new products, and managing product life cycles.
- Experience collaborating with global organizations, customers, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, applying research findings to product development.
- Flexibility towards working hours and international travel.
Salary/Package:
Basic: £65,000 + Allowances (Pension, Sick Pay, 25 Days + Bank)
