Product Manager – £45K + - Bonus - 23 Days holiday - Private healthcare – Pension
You will be working for a growing business in a team of 3. You will be the companies second Product Manager; you will be in charge of growing the Electrical products they stock.
In the last 5 years this business has relocated the head office, bought in a new CRM which has dragged them into a more modern era. They have quadrupled in size, won awards and become a great employer in North Yorkshire. If you know what either Appliances or Electrical products and how they work, then this is for you.
Chose when and where you work, so doing the school run is no issue. This isn’t the sort of business that demands a reply on an email at 8pm or phones you at 9pm for an update. Meetings are concise and clear so get ready for smart working practices focused on positive outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:
Providing detailed competitor analysis with a particular focus on the products they stock and sell
Act as the internal promoter of all new products
Put yourself in the customer’s shoes, map out the sales process then suggest and put in place improvements
Come up with plans on how we bring this product to market.
What do you need?
