This role is within the UKHSA Product & Delivery Directorate and delivers product management across Lateral flow testing and PCR testing devices which aim to protect those most vulnerable to the effects of respiratory viruses. This work is an important part of the wider strategy for safely living with COVID 19 and future health threats.

Essential
- Experience in product development and agile ways of working
- Leadership and team management
- Project management and experience of scaled complex delivery of a product.
- Change management and service/product introduction
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
- Operational delivery experience
Desirable
- Experience in management of respiratory testing products.
- Understanding of product respiratory testing product regulatory and compliance procedures.
- Working knowledge and understanding of government procurement mechanisms.
