What you'll do
- You will be part of our London based Global Streaming team, supporting multiple partners throughout all stages of onboarding them onto our ‘Partner Gateway’ and supporting them post launch with required product developments
- Support building out & optimising the core capabilities of the Partner Gateway, to ensure it supports our partners and the business need – to deliver high value partnerships with a standardised solution.
- Understand and socialise requirements for different partner onboarding journeys using our core functionality, perform analysis and use data to identify future product improvements.
- Contribute to the creation of an operating model for how our team can support each of our different propositions & local markets with our onboarding capability and other repeatable capabilities to optimise and drive successful partnerships.
- Be the point of contact for third parties that we work with so that when new features are aligned, new development is managed correctly.
- Build great relationships with our commercial, partnerships and data teams – understanding their priorities and how the capabilities in our team can help support them.
What you'll bring
- Experience working with 3rd party integration partners, with a proven track record of delivering successful billing integrations
- A good understanding of the Telco, MVPD & Partner bundling market
- Strong balance of product & technical skills; including the ability to understand how our external vendors operate, with a solid understanding of back-end technology to help shape & define requirements.
- Experience in defining requirements through workshops & discussions with internal teams and external vendors & partners.
- Previous experience in managing relationships in a partner facing role, and juggling internal stakeholder needs
- The drive to get things done and make a difference, and the calmness to ensure we keep focused on the bigger picture when things are challenging.
- Competency in other European languages a plus, not required

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
