Product Manager (Productivity)

We have an exciting opportunity in IT Services for a Product Manager for Productivity within the Digital Workplace team to cover a period of maternity leave. The role includes: Creating, owning and delivering the Product Roadmap and the approach to design and develop high-quality services for the University Taking responsibility for Productivity Products such as Google Workspace, Docusign, Qualtrics etc Championing user experience, service design, accessibility and inclusivity across the roadmap Leading on initiatives such as Improving Information Management and Digital Skills Building strong relationships across the University to ensure that all products and services meet operational and strategic needs. Embedding an Agile product development approach across the Product Team. Being responsible for managing, leading and coordinating teams in order to ensure deliverables against the product roadmap We are looking for someone who has: Demonstrable leadership skills and experience in building and managing successful, high performing individuals and teams Significant experience with product lifecycle development and processes Experience in building Higher Education-focussed delivery teams Experience in managing the products within the product area and the broader Digital Workplace Product group A strategic and technology-led mindset to help inform customer needs and disrupt traditional views.
