Product Manager in Medical Devices/Tech Sector

A dynamic and rapidly growing company in the medical devices and technology sector is seeking a Product Manager to lead their Gastrointestinal (GI) product portfolio. This marketing-focused role is central to developing and executing strategies that ensure the objectives of the Business Unit are met.

Role Overview:

As a Product Manager, you will:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for GI product portfolios.
• Launch new products, ideally with experience in theatre settings.
• Navigate the structure of the NHS and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Plan and execute strategic marketing across all functions.
• Manage effective and profitable marketing campaigns.
• Produce high-quality materials under tight deadlines, managing multiple projects.
• Optimise CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.

Candidate Profile:

Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrable marketing experience in medical devices/tech.
• Knowledge of the NHS structure and its key contacts.
• Proven track record in strategic marketing planning and execution.
• Capability to manage product portfolios towards achieving company objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Autonomous work ethic with high engagement levels with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Degree in a relevant discipline (3-5 years of work experience preferred).
• Professional Marketing qualifications (e.g., from The Chartered Institute of Marketing).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM databases.
