As a Product Manager you will play a crucial role in driving the success of a luxury brand in the Manufacturing sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury industry, manufacturing processes, and financial operations, along with expertise in Dynamics 365.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the product strategy for Dynamics 365 within finance and operations, aligned with the luxury brand's overall business objectives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, IT, and marketing, to gather requirements and define product features and enhancements.
3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.
4. Define and prioritize product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
5. Work closely with development teams to translate product requirements into user stories, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
6. Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product's functionality and user experience.
7. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and pricing strategies.
8. Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
9. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure the product remains competitive and compliant.
10. Provide product training and support to internal stakeholders, including end-users, sales teams, and customer support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the luxury Manufacturing sector, with a focus on Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, financial operations, and luxury brand requirements.
- Proven experience of ERP with a particular emphasis on Dynamics 365
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365, including its modules and functionalities within finance and operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product features.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- A knowledge of Agile delivery, ideally with experience as a Scrum Master.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring timely delivery.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
- A stong amount of experience with senior key business stakeholders
- Proactive mindset, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
