Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate product strategy aligning with company goals.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap prioritizing features based on business impact.
- Conduct analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Gather and analyse feedback to inform product development.
- Work closely with teams to ensure product objectives are met.
- Lead ideation, technical development, and launch of product features.
- Define and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
- Serve as key product evangelist, communicating strategies and updates.
- Collaborate to ensure superior user experience aligning with customer needs.
- Collaborate with the software team to ensure the product delivers a superior user experience that aligns with customer needs and expectations.

The Person
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' product management experience, preferably in med-tech.
- Proven track record of managing successful products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in specific tools/software, e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello, etc.
- Experience in software development essential.
- Medical software experience desirable.
