Product Marketing Manager

Hayley Group Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Product Marketing Managerto join our well-established and experienced Marketing team based at our Oldbury branch. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

About the role:

As our Product Marketing Manager, your role will entail working with Product Managers and manufacturing partners to develop commercially viable private label product portfolios. You will possess the ability to analyse product sales data and recommend opportunities for private label sales growth.

Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities as our Product Marketing Manager will include:

• Working with internal creatives and external agencies on developing private label visual identities, sales materials and other supporting collateral.
• Establishing brand identity by clearly defining the brand identity for the private label. This includes determining the brand's values, personality, target audience, and unique selling points.
• Collaborating with fellow members of the Marketing Department and Sales teams to guarantee the effective commercial activation of private label product portfolios.

Skills & Attributes we're looking for in our Product Marketing Manager:

• Full product-lifecycle experience from idea creation through to successful commercialisation is essential.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Preferably possessing a degree-level education would be advantageous.
• Must possess the ability to effectively engage in face-to-face interactions.
• Experience in a comparable position or role involving product development.
• A general background in Product Marketing.
