Salary is between £50,240 - £65,000 + Benefits Location - Edinburgh or Glasgow, Permanent You should be able to travel to our Edinburgh office, at least 1 day per week for this position. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Product Owner to join our Customer Experience "Serve" team. As a Product Owner, you will be passionate about building products that customers love, managing the product management lifecycle from design and build through to launch and maintenance. Product Owners are the 'voice of the customer' at the intersection of product design, technology and business coming up with innovative ideas to tackle customer problems and translating customer needs to product strategy, vision, roadmap, and backlog. What you’ll be doing * Creating, reviewing and prioritising the backlog which aligns to the product vision and creates value in line with OKRs. * Collaborating with other Product Owners on coordination of dependencies and, where necessary, reprioritise the work and deployment of resources to achieve the desired outcomes. * Creating and Utilising feedback loops to monitor performance. * Communicating and explaining the story detail and priorities to the Agile team ensuring alignment and agreement on a final sprint plan. Support team members in their understanding of what needs to be done and and how this relates to the broader outcomes. * Defining and delivering products or features that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available. * Working with System and Solution Architects/Engineers to plan and replan the sequencing of releases as they are produced to assist with decision making and ensure timely updates. We need you to have * Experience in Product Ownership, demonstrating successful development and delivery of product strategies - roadmaps through to product launch and optimisation. * Experience and passion for customer experience and a deep understanding of the customer. * An eagerness to learn more about your customers and how you can influence your team and other stakeholders to get the best outcome for your customers.
