Role Overview:

As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our products and driving their success in the market. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for defining product vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements and features.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
• Communicate product vision, goals, and priorities to cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, informing product strategy.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery and launch.
• Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders, incorporating insights into product iterations and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the financial services or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a customer-centric approach.

Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
