We are looking for a Product Owner to be part of our team.
Reporting to the Head of Product Engineering, you will be responsible for working in collaboration with the Business Product Owner to define the product vision and manage the product development process. This will include supporting the development process, managing product backlog items, and optimising the value of the product(s) under their ownership in line with the overall strategy of RBL.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Inform, challenge and refine the vision, roadmap, and opportunities, of the product
- Carry out a detailed analysis of business requirements and deliver product functionality/enhancements
- Evaluating product progress at each iteration
- Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyse needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
- Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
- Assisting the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint
- Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
As a Product Owner, you should have the ability to plan and manage the product delivery project from start to finish and ensure that the product(s) meet the business’s needs. The Product Owner will be detail-oriented and have excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
