What you'll be doing
This is an amazing chance to be involved in the ongoing transition to a product-led way of working within a small and growing organisation. With their recent growth and planned trajectory for the next 12-24 months, they're looking for someone with Product Owner experience. You will work in a cross-functional team, including QA, marketing, and their technology partners who act as their development team and solely work with them.
As part of the role, you'll be expected to help in all areas of product development from QA test strategy to developing and delivering a product roadmap for their SaaS product, supporting the maintenance and upkeep of existing products while delivering on new features and enhancements. You will work closely and report into the Senior Product Owner.
What experience you'll need
- Previous experience in a product role as a Product Owner or Delivery Manager.
- Demonstrated experience in product delivery or ownership in either an autonomous setting or another small business.
- Experience leading a Product or development team in either a Product Owner or Delivery Management position.
- Self-starting mindset. You'll have the opportunity to get stuck into a range of different projects from day one with little hand-holding.
- A passion for all things user-centric and involving users at every stage of feedback on a product.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and actively participating in smaller team environments.
- Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment is highly desirable.
A salary of up to £45k is on offer, as well as a generous benefits package. This role is being offered as a hybrid and will have an expectation of 2-3 days a week in the office.
