As a member of their Agile team, you'll be the driving force behind setting priorities, making critical product decisions, and ensuring alignment with customer needs and organisational goals. Your responsibilities will span from collaborating with key stakeholders to define the product vision and roadmap, to overseeing the design and development process, ensuring high-quality delivery that adds tangible value to the global portfolio.
To excel in this role, you'll need a strong background in actuarial, with a keen understanding of P&C reinsurance pricing, coupled with solid technical skills including expertise in VBA, SQL, and ideally Python. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, translate technical concepts into actionable insights, and navigate complex initiatives will be essential. - Qualified/newly qualified Actuary Minimum 4+ years relevant work experience, ideally in P&C reinsurance pricing with both US and RoW experience
