Job description
Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to work within their busy production plant. This is a maternity cover 9-12 months duration.
This role will commence immediately and is paying 15.00 per hour for a 37 hour working week, hours are dayshift with a half day on a Friday.
The Role
- Deliver excellent customer service, proactively resolving and escalating issues as appropriate.
Ensure process and procedures are adhered to and daily controls are actioned
Ensure transactions are logical and aligned to business needs
Support any investigation associated with a quality issue or complaint
Attend daily production meetings for the hall
. Anticipate risks for the week and confirm schedule
- Manage suppliers
Skills Required
2-5 years' experience in transactional Supply Chain and Manufacturing functions
Understanding of materials supply chain for materials
Sound knowledge of ERP system
Knowledge of logistics, production processes
- Advanced user of Excel and other Microsoft packages
