CFF NI Ltd are seeking an administrator to join our team. Liaising with the production and warehousing team to assist with the administration support as follows:Raising purchase orders.Ensure materials are ordered in line with the production plan.Maintain in-house databases. Monitoring material stock levels. Answering and handling telephone calls.Ensuring all processes and checklists are complete. Maintaining the document system. Filing and other ad-hoc duties..

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft packages
• Able to demonstrate good literacy and numeracy skills
• Motivated and willingness to learn
• Highly organised and attention to detail
• Desire to develop existing skills as well as learning new ones

Desirable Skills

• Experience from a manufacturing background is preferred however not essential
• Experience using metal sheet software would be beneficial however full training will be provided
