Key Responsibilities

• Learn and Grow: Receive hands-on training in FAIRs administration processes, including document management, data entry, and quality assurance procedures.
• Quality Assurance Support: Assist in the coordination of first article inspections and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support FAIRs administration activities and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required: No prior experience necessary - we're seeking individuals with a passion for learning and a desire to kickstart their career in aerospace manufacturing.
• Educational Background: GCSE's or equivalent, additional education or training in administration or a related field is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and data entry tasks.
• Excellent Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn new processes and procedures quickly.
