A Production Administrator is required to join a manufacturing company based in Stourport-on-Severn. Joining the Planning department, you will be providing general administrative support as well as developing production plans and reporting on and investigating stock.
As the Production Administrator you will be;
- Creating, developing and issuing production plans
- Liaising with Sales on requirements and lead times and with Planners to ensure required lead times are met
- Daily stock checks and investigations
- Using SAGE to issue material to work orders
- Expediting work through shop floor production departments
- Reporting of any issues which may affect lead times
- Updating and creating excel documents to support production requirements
Any experience of the following would be beneficial;
- Competent in Outlook, Excel and Sage (preferably Sage 200)
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organised
- Strong team player with good communication skills
On offer for this Production Administrator role;
- Working hours of Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm (with a 1pm finish on Fridays)
- Starting salary of £23-25k p/a
