The role
The Production Assistant will support our ecommerce production team in the the day to day running of our in-house studio.

What will you do as a Production Assistant at N Brown?
Secure options and book models for ecomm studio photography.
Support the producing team in collating day to day photography requirements
Raise and track PO numbers for model bookings.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing model agencies and studios.
Be first line contact for external studios for day to day activities, ensuring they have the most accurate information available.
Manage production issues, flag up to senior management any issues that may impact delivery or budget.
Create and issue call sheets for shoots to all stakeholders.
Book freelance photographer, stylists and H&M as and when required.

What skills and experience will you have?
Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships
Excellent project management skills in order to organise tasks and activities to meet deadlines
Excellent budget management skills with meticulous attention to detail
Pro-active, positive & flexible with a ‘can-do’ attitude, able to motivate a team to achieve excellence
Identifies when team members need support and coordinates its provision.
Supports development of others by sharing experience and expertise
An open-minded, flexible and positive attitude toward new challenges, with a willingness to embrace new technologies and business change
An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
3 years working in Photographic shoot production, minimum of 2 years in a line manager position.
