Leading consumer product brand is looking for an organised and committed Production Coordinator to join their growing team!
As a Production Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in managing the production lifecycle of numerous products simultaneously, working alongside their dedicated team to bring their vision and products to life.
They’re looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering excellence in everything you do.
Your role as a Production Coordinator will involve:- Play a key role in the production process, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Keep stakeholders informed of production schedules and updates.
- Identifying and addressing potential delays or issues, working closely with the team to implement solutions.
- Involvement with building and maintaining relationships with factories and suppliers to facilitate smooth production processes.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure regulatory requirements are met and necessary documentation is obtained.
- Assist in managing samples and maintaining accurate records of product information
- Ensure compliance with licensor guidelines for licensed products, assisting in obtaining necessary approvals and maintaining records.
- Support the team by providing assistance and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Assist in generating reports on production activities and performance metrics.
- 1+ years’ experience working in either Operations or Production.
- Experience working with a wholesale, Licensing and/or consumer product business is ideal.
- Strong Excel, Microsoft Office skills and previous experience using ERP systems would be great.
- Someone who thrives in a varied, busy role and an excellent multi-tasker.
- Highly organised with an excellent attention to detail, with an ability to forward plan
- A proactive self-starter, who takes the initiative.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- A can-do attitude, flexible and a real team player!
