Key Accountabilities:
- Accountable for prioritised allocation of resources across shifts and locations
- Accountable for ensuring pan Technology Centre production operations are controlled, and adequate resources allocated, in compliance with Safety Case requirements
- Accountable for short term tactical planning and coordination of Production Operations, Asset Operations, Logistics, Manufacting Engineering, Quality and ESH
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily resource allocation across the Technology centre (all locations and shifts) to ensure adequate SQEP and programme delivery. This includes daily engagement with other functions to ensure appropriate overall prioritisation in line with programme delivery requirements
- Provide direction to ensure that Visual Management and the Operational Status boards are routinely updated, KPIs are focussed on the key issues and issues/successes are escalated through the board tiers
- Management of forums to agree and manage integrated delivery focused plans with relevant parties to meet demand
- Ensure that robust arrangements are in place to identify and mitigate risks to the programme
- Ensure that the operational capabilities required to meet current and future demand are defined against emerging programme requirements
- Deputise for Group Leader Production Operations, and stand in for Production Delivery Managers as necessary
- Leadership of a diverse and multidisciplinary team to deliver all task outputs included in the single order book to schedule
