This well established, award winning company are continually expanding & now have an exciting position available for an experienced Production Manager to lead the day to day operations of a busy food production site.
In this role you will be responsible for the effective operation of the production facility whilst leading a large and growing team. You will be a people leader and will be passionate about the industry as well as upholding company values, being a brand ambassador and have the ability to drive the operation through the next stages of growth.

The role
- Managing day to day production of a fast paced, busy food production facility
- Managing a large production team to ensure production targets are met whilst optimising labour & machinery
- Working with schedulers & planners to ensure efficient & cost effective production
- Developing the leadership team
- Monitoring KPIs & lead continuous improvement & change initiatives
