As the Production Manager, you will:
- Manage the factory workload
- Oversee manufacturing and production processes in one area of the factory.
- Ensure that Health & Safety protocols are understood and followed.
- Assist and develop colleagues.
- Offer leadership and guidance to production staff.

Key Skills/Experience Required:
Suitable candidates for this position will:
- Be experienced in manufacturing/ inventory management.
- Be experienced in managing production / assembly / warehouse staff.
- Have a good understanding of manufacturing and/or assembly processes.
- Bring a strong work ethic to the factory and lead by example.
- Be organised and disciplined.
The package:
The business will create a package designed to attract their preferred candidate and will depend on the experience that they hold. The basic salary is likely to be between £33,000-45,000.
